China Association for Science and Technology Training and Talent Service Center is a second class public welfare institution directly under the China Association for Science and Technology, approved by the Central Office, and directly under the management and guidance of China Association for Science and Technology. As the talent service center of the China Association for Science and Technology, it is responsible for implementing the relevant work tasks of the China Association for Science and Technology, focusing on the core functions of training and service of scientific and technological workers, talent reward and recommendation, ability evaluation and international mutual recognition, and helping the China Association for Science and Technology to play a key role in promoting the goal of self-reliance and innovative development of science and technology. The Talent center undertakes the specific responsibilities of the relevant special committees of the Standing Committee of the China Association for Science and Technology to strengthen the execution of brand construction such as "Science and Technology China" and "Wisdom China".

中国科协培训和人才服务中心是中国科协直属的公益二类事业单位，由中央编办批复成立，直接受中国科协管理和指导。作为中国科协的人才服务中心负责落实中国科协的相关工作任务，围绕科技工作者的培训与服务、人才奖励与推荐、能力评价与国际互认等核心职能，助力中国科协在推动科技自立自强和创新发展的目标中发挥关键作用。人才中心承担中国科协常委会相关专门委员会的具体职责，强化服务“科创中国”“智汇中国”等品牌建设的执行力。
